Happy 2012!

I hope you are all enjoying the beginnings of this new year:)

My family went skiing on Saturday and I went to Stars antique store.

I bought some snowflakes and got inspired to make more.

This was my inspiration.

I went off to Michaels to get paper and more glue sticks.



I cut two 4 inch strips of  paper and did the paper accordion style.

I hot glued the ends together and wrapped them around to make this shape and hot glued in place.

I bought the snow flake paper and cut off individual flakes to hot glue in the center.

Here is how mine turned out:

I used a linen paper for this one.

I used silver glitter paper for the circles in the middle.

Maybe we will see real snow soon:)

We can hope.
