Oh happy day!

Alex got her drivers permit today.

I let her drive down Graf St.
She may need some help on breaking and accelerating:-/
She is so excited:)
I am so SCARED!

On another note:)
My mother in law brought me these beautiful Gerber daisies.
They were wrapped in white plastic paper.
I wanted a homier look so I took a kitchen towel and wrapped it and added a white ribbon.
I like how it turned out:)

These are the shells I brought back from Mexico minus the big one the bird is in.

I love the three baby ones:)

I am still amazed that I found these!

I found this grain sack at Goodwill for $1.99.
I am not fond of red but I decided to live with it for a while.
I love the texture and look of the runner.

What do you think?

I also changed out the flowers in the urn for shells in vials.

I found this notebook today at Goodwill for $1.99.
I swear I have seen it at anthropologie for much more.
I love to write in cute notebooks:)

I also found this cute old wooden stool for $1.99.

It just makes me smile:)

I hope your day was good.
If you see Alex driving just give her a wide berth:)
