A mocha & some pumpkin bread.

Did anyone see the blue sky?

I think I could get used to these afternoon mochas:)

I love Trader Joe's and I love boxed mixes:)

Yesterday I cleaned out my food pantry and spied this box of pumpkin bread.

I added chocolate chips to the top of the bread pan and baked it. 

Even my picky kids loved the bread:)  That doesn't happen often when the oven and I work together!

Yum!  It was so good:)

I highly recommend buying this at Trader Joe's.  You simply add oil, water and 2 eggs.  Oh yeah, patience, it takes one hour to bake and the house smells amazing while it is cooking.
