I hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving. We were blessed to share the day with friends.

They hosted so I put together a bouquet to take over. I bought a gallon size bag of wood slices from Goodwill a few years ago. I wrapped it around the vase.

I made this for after Thanksgiving.

Wednesday night we got to share a fire with our friends:)

We made s'mores....

And the kids

Climbed trees and played hide and seek:)

We are so blessed with amazing friends!

I wanted to get my coworkers a little something to say "happy Thanksgiving". As I drooled over the flowers at New Seasons I found this:

Evidently it dries just like this:)

I found these two sets of spray roses for $2.50 each. I went to Goodwill and found the vases for $.99 each. I love that they are cheery:) you don't have to spend a lot to let someone know you are thinking of them:)

Our beloved cat Chaz has been missing for over a week. We got a phone call yesterday that our neighbors found him covered in leaves on the side of their house. I think he ate something that poisoned him:(

He will be so missed!

On Saturday I was at Cornell Farms buying some plants for a friends house. I am still amazed that this fabulous friend pays me to buy and plant flowers and plants:) it truly is a dream job! I could oooogle and ogle all day at Cornell Farms! I found a couple of plants I couldn't live without:
