It feels so good to wake up to clear skies!   I honestly can't remember the last time this happened. My heart is dancing:). While at the beach I only had one must... Going to Sesame Lilliies. If you have never had the opportunity... You must go in next time you are in Cannon Beach! It is full of eye candy:) I came away with:

We don't have a lot of great vacations planned for the summer so we decided we would take many day trips. Today we decided to go to Cannon Beach for the day. The great thing about where we live is it is only one hour and twenty minutes to the beach:) we didn't leave until 1:00. 

We are off:)

Free Krispy Kreme donuts

Movie in the backyard

Last week Sammy had her 13th birthday party early. She is a July baby and it is difficult to get many people together in July. She wanted to watch a movie in the backyard:) it was great until it wasn't... Yes, it rained... At least it was at the end of the movie:)

We put a white sheet over the swings.

Mr. SSH brought a recorder home from work.

It was a hit!

I think we need to do this again this Sumer:)

Hikin in the Gorge

We finally have blue skies!

Yesterday we had a redo of Father's Day.

Mr. SSH loves to hike and Sunday was not the day to go. He took the day off yesterday and away we went to the Columbia River Gorge.

We started here.

The view was incredible.

We truly are blessed to live in such a beautiful place:)

Next we went to Crown Point.
